By accessing or using Sitewake, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sitewake is an uptime monitoring SaaS platform that checks the availability of websites and alerts users when their sites go down. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Sitewake does not guarantee that every check will be performed on time or that every downtime event will be detected.
• One account per person
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf
• Abuse or overload the monitoring infrastructure
• Monitor websites that host illegal content
• Resell the Service without prior written permission
• Attempt to scrape, clone, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Sitewake reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without notice or refund.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan
• You authorize Sitewake to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal
• Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Downgrading your plan may result in pausing of monitors that exceed your new plan limit
• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account and pausing of your monitors
• Sitewake does not store your full payment card details
• Cancellation stops all future charges
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and monitors exceeding the free limit will be paused
• Cancellation does not delete your account or data — you can resubscribe at any time
• We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• The Sitewake name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Sitewake
• You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission
• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• Sitewake does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service
• Sitewake is not liable for any indirect damages, lost revenue, or consequential damages caused by a missed alert or undetected downtime
• Total liability to any user is capped at the amount paid by that user in the preceding 12 months
• Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Canton of Valais, Switzerland
• You agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action

2. Eligibility and Account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account• One account per person
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree NOT to:• Abuse or overload the monitoring infrastructure
• Monitor websites that host illegal content
• Resell the Service without prior written permission
• Attempt to scrape, clone, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Subscriptions and Plans
• Sitewake offers a Free plan (3 monitors) and a Pro plan (20 monitors, $9/month or $7/month billed annually)• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan
• You authorize Sitewake to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal
• Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Downgrading your plan may result in pausing of monitors that exceed your new plan limit
5. Payment Terms
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account and pausing of your monitors
• Sitewake does not store your full payment card details
6. Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard• Cancellation stops all future charges
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and monitors exceeding the free limit will be paused
• Cancellation does not delete your account or data — you can resubscribe at any time
7. Service Availability
• Sitewake does not guarantee 100% uptime of the Service itself• We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
8. Intellectual Property
• The Sitewake platform, including its design, codebase, and features, is owned by Sitewake• The Sitewake name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Sitewake
• You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SWISS LAW:• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), AWS (infrastructure and email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Sitewake is not responsible for third-party services.11. Modifications to Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Canton of Valais, Switzerland

13. Severability
