Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments made to Sitewake are handled.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• The Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a paid billing month
• Include your account email and a description of the issue
• We will respond within 5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear
• Cancellation stops all future charges
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
• Cancellation does not delete your account or data — you can resubscribe at any time

1. Right of Withdrawal
Since you start using the Service immediately upon signup, you agree that the service begins immediately and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as provided under EU consumer protection law. This is confirmed during the signup process.2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are charged in full at the start of the billing period. As a goodwill measure, if you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the term, we will offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. This is not legally required under Swiss law but is offered to ensure a fair experience for our users.4. Free Plan
The Free plan has no associated charges and therefore nothing to refund.5. Exceptions
Regardless of the above, we will issue a refund in the following cases:• Duplicate charges or billing errors

7. Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard• Cancellation stops all future charges
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
• Cancellation does not delete your account or data — you can resubscribe at any time
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any billing issues directly.9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from payment matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Valais, Switzerland.10. Contact
